Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided

Requirements:

• Active New York State Physical Therapist License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
